Chase woke with a pounding headache; he shouldn’t have drunk so much last night.  Slowly opening his eyes he found himself in his own bed.  How did he get to his own bed?  The last thing he remembered was knocking back his second bottle of whiskey after he got more negative feedback from his investigators; it had been five years and he still couldn’t find his mate or his brother. At least he knew that his Father’s men were no closer to finding them than he was and none of the other contracts on them showed any success either; it was one small positive in his list of negative searches.  He would be pissed if his father’s methods showed more positive results than his did, since his investigator was apparently the best in the business.
