Chase was grinding his teeth in an attempt to stay calm; he was doing better at it than Finn seemed to be. It seemed Veronica Kasey had planted a listening device in the library of their enemy as well.
He was rather impressed with her lack of trust in her own people, since she had apparently planted it long before they had abducted Lula. Seemed she didn’t trust her supposed allies either.
Well, they were still going over the final details of their plans for the mission when she got a notification on her phone that there was an active bug. Apparently the bug was motion activated; she had some awesome tech to work with and he wondered who her supplier was. The kingdom could really benefit from having some of those, considering the number of traitors they had in the king
