Lula awoke when someone unlocked her door. With her being a little less drugged and a little more aware, she realized that the door that looked like a simple wooden door was in fact reinforced steel that was merely covered with wood to appear like a simple entryway. It did not bode well for her plan to escape at some point; apparently she had only been moved to a classier cell than the previous one she had been in. Her eyes went to the person that had opened the door and thus awakened her. It was her guard and distant cousin, whom she still wasn’t sure she could trust. But she also knew who his mate was and she didn’t want her to hurt either. But did she tell him who his mate was? She might have mentioned the fact that she knew who his mate was last night, but she couldn’t be sure
