ISABELLA I was bored out of my mind. One whole week. Seven entire days of being confined inside this massive, overbearing manor. The first day, I had convinced myself that it wasn’t so bad. That I could handle a little extra caution. By day three, I was restless. By day five, I was miserable. Now, on day seven, I was one second away from losing my mind. The grand halls of the manor, once impressive and elegant, had started to feel suffocating.
