The class was finally over. I was relieved that I wasn’t called on to answer. If I would’ve been called randomly, I would’ve shat myself on the spot and just freeze standing. I didn’t know what to answer when I’m relaxed so I won’t sure as hell know what to answer if I’m under pressure. My brain just freezes, it’s like the whole Department of Rational Thoughts in my brain all took a break at the same time or that they’re too lazy to stand up and actually work. What I also don’t understand is, why do teachers call students that aren’t even raising their hands. I mean, I get it when no one is raising their hands but you’d still like to get input so you’d call someone randomly even if that means receiving a dumb answer because the class clearly doesn’t want to answer that specific question
