I looked into her eyes as she stared at mine.

We looked at each other for a while.

I was stoked.

I blocked everything around me.

I numb my senses.

I closed my thoughts.

And there we were, for a few seconds, a new world of our own, just the two of us.

I blushed. I got nervous. My heartbeat was so fast, you could hear it race against light or power up a whole city.

Do you know the feeling of being extremely happy or satisfied? Kind of like ordering chicken nuggets from McDonald's or eating your favorite ice cream after craving it for so long or maybe even peeing after holding it out for hours. Kind of a weird comparison but it is what it is, you feel a similar thing.

For a few seconds, I had this feeling of euphoria.

Then, I snapped back to reality.

The air was filled with noise.
