21 Birth London, February 1972 Marika was pacing up and down holding a piece of folded paper in her hand. She unfolded it and read it again: Dear Marika, Please forgive my writing and spelling errors. I am a simple woman and I haven’t written to anyone for a long time. I wanted to thank you again for hosting Nefeli and for helping her out.
