Epilogue
The PATH team arrived back at the York cottage late evening. Ryan and Pinky went to their rooms to unpack their cases while Church went along to the portal room. Although exhausted after the long journey, and the events over the past few days, he had niggling doubts playing on his mind for which he wanted answers.
“Granny Pearl’s got a lot of explaining to do,” he mumbled going into the room and over to his desk.
