“Since there is nothing for us to discuss anymore, why don’t we end this meeting now,” Darwin implored.
The discussion ended rather smoothly that I expected. I initially thought it’ll run for at least two hours, since I doubted that their conversation would end well. But to my surprise, it ended with everything smooth sailing.
“Sure, but won’t we at least tackle yesterday’s announcement?” I asked, wondering. “No plans or… I don’t know… discussion?”’
