I am feeling a mix of different emotions right now... Joy, excitement, and also nervousness. I never expected that Dakila Gubbat and I would cross paths so quickly here in the city. I moved here because the employer of my mother's maid friend was looking for a security guard. The moment she mentioned it to me, I agreed immediately and headed straight to the city for my interview. I stayed at the Mavkos brothers' mansion for a bit, just temporarily while I looked for a place of my own. I didn't want to overstay because it felt embarrassing and I didn't want to be a burden. Poppy's employers are truly kind, as they even let us stay in a beautiful apartment. I can also see that they are taking great care of my sister, who seems incredibly happy being around them.
