LUNA MOONCREST
I was filled with endless joy. At least, the happiness was not one-sided. The kids were just as excited as I was, and they soon forgot everything about Damon.
That alone eased my heart and gave me a new sense of relief. This was a fresh start, and as such, I decided to let everything about the past remain in the past.
I didn't want anything or anyone having to remind me of it at this point in time. I just wanted to live in the moment and have a good feel of the new life – my fresh start.
“Okay.. okay. Enough of the noise. Go inside, take off your clothes and have a quick bath. Afterwards, come out here so we can begin to prepare for tomorrow.”
