Remi's POV
I'm a little nervous going into the office today after what happened with Gray yesterday. It was a side to him I had never seen before, and I don't know if it's something that'll stick around given how he usually acts when he's around his team and Lucy. Anything could've changed overnight and I'm praying it hasn't because I enjoyed seeing that side of Gray.
As the taxi pulls up to the Vital Records building, I pay the driver and thank him before exiting the vehicle. My heart is thumping a little too hard in my chest as I walk through the front door and greet the woman at the front desk who I now know as Sally. She smiles and waves every morning when I walk in, and I must admit it's always a nice start to my day.
I take the elevator upstairs to Lucy's office to check Gray's sc
