Iris’ POV
I wake up before the sun is up and quietly slip out of bed. Finn and I snuggled all night watching TV and just enjoying being in each other’s arms. Today was the first day before the next battle started and I made sure to get up early to assist the Omegas in preparing rooms, houses, and the campgrounds for our allies. Over 1000 people of all different species will be trickling in over the next 3 days.
“Luna, Miss Kaiya and her coven have arrived.” I hear the gate guard say through the mindlink.
“Let them through but don’t wake the Alpha. He needs his rest.” I respond and quickly close the link. I throw on some black leggings, socks, and a tshirt before grabbing my tennis shoes and sneaking out of the bedroom. I slide my shoes on and hurry down the stairs to greet the witches.
