Why does Eva keep glancing outside while we’re dancing? What’s in there?
As we swirl, I get the dance to look outside the window. But I see nothing.
Weird.
As I dance, all I’m thinking about is Amelia. What is she doing there? Will she miss me? She asks me to stay with her, but I reject her with a false excuse. And here I am, dancing with Eva.
I think she told me something, but I didn’t hear it clearly. I’ll ask her what’s that thing when I come back.
Before the ceremony, both Duke and I agree this is the best way. But now I begin to doubt myself, is it really the best way?
Whatever, the lie has been told. I’ll tell her everything and make up for her after the ceremony.
