Travis showed me his grin.
"You locked me here?" I asked, not believing.
"Just relax, Kate. I won't hurt you."
"Why?"
"Why do I want to hurt you too?"
"I mean, why are you confining me here?"
"How else can you get out of your dear Xander's grasp. This is the only way."
I don't understand and frown.
"You don't realize, Kate? I've been putting my heart on you." Obviously Travis when he saw me was confused. He walked over to me. "I even dated you for more than two months but you easily turned to the man. Do you think I am trash?"
"I didn't know you were that far attracted to me." I took a step back.
"I always come to the bar because I want to meet you. And do you forget I always ask you to serve me to get your attention?" he snapped, clutching my arm.
