ERIN The beginning of summer in New York is my favorite time of year. Right now, I’m cruising down the waterfront greenway after navigating through traffic from my apartment. My legs are burning because it’s been a while since I’ve been able to ride. I only have another half mile before I reach the Chelsea Market. The nice weather has lured out other cyclists, making navigating the path a bit of a challenge. I couldn’t stay in my apartment on a day like today. My Air Pods are in, and my playlist set to shuffle. The Chelsea Market on a Saturday is packed. I lock up my bike in the only stall left and hit the hall.
