My beta came back with the rest of those we sent empty handed. "Alpha's we couldn't catch them", Dom said solemnly. We got all Gages warriors to talk. They were all insisting they had no idea what their Alpha was up to. " Too many people knowing would bring too many loose ends", Dom voiced. " You're right. if anyone knows it's his beta and gamma who left with him. Maybe a couple omegas but I guarantee they weren't as willing", I seethed. Lou and Beau approached me with solemn faces. " I'm sorry Aaron we had no idea", Lou said. " I had suspicions but ya'll are not at fault for this. We will find him and make him reap what he sows", I promised. "I do have a favor to ask?",I said. " Anything we can do to help just tell us", Beau replied. " I will need to keep frequent contact with ya'll and when we find him I need warriors from all sides of this. He took some of your own too so I think it's fitting", they both nodded. "Also, we need to find homes for those he left. Between all three of our packs I'm sure we can manage", I finished. "Ofcourse, we will gladly take anyone as long as they pledge allegiance", Lou replied. Good , that's one less thing to handle. I Headed to the group that he left behind. Between warriors and omegas I'd guess about three hundred. I was handed a mic. " All of you must be confused and I apologize your alpha left you here to deal the consequences. However, none of ya'll to my knowledge were at fault. I'm giving ya'll a chance. Pledge allegiance to one of three Alphas standing before you", I looked over at Beau and Lou. "If you would like to join Alpha Lou step to the gate". I paused waiting for all the shuffling to calm. "The rest that will join me, we will be heading back in wolf form. Transform now and my warriors will guide the way". After that was settled I needed to do some investigating. Alpha Beau and Lou sent there's home and we went into the pack house. " Okay for now we need to comb through his office. I'll have this territory blocked off and we can take shifts to make sure Gage doesn't return. We all need to get home and have our people settled but I have a feeling we might find what we need here",I voiced. "I'll start in these cabinets and give it a go," Lou said. "You take the desk I'll take this closet", Beau suggested." Sounds good". We were there for an hour going through all of his papers down to the whiskey bottle he drinks. Nothing is untouched. So far all we know is he was receiving hefty amounts of money on some type of off shore account up until six months ago. I thought Triss told me it was year when he stopped trafficking, I thought to myself. "Hey, I have his private journal and I've already read through forty pages. Ya'll aren't gonna believe this", Beau said. He set it down on the desk and flipped until page thirty eight. Lou and I huddled together to read it at the same time. We sat there quietly reading the pages until I couldn't stand it. I got up and walked off. " What all has he done to my mate" , I yelled. "Aaron don't over react we don't know exactly with Lina but we know he admits here to taking your late Luna and murdering his beta", Lou reassured. " How about the fact that he tried to r**e Linas mom which is what drove her to leave? He put Lina in a room with a camera unbeknownst to her just to watch her change", I was hollering at this point. It's disgusting she was fourteen when her dad died and now it makes sense. My mom disappeared around the time he died. He thought she saw something. She had been secretly contacting beta Stephen about the kidnapped girls for ages. I knew he was involved but when he Planted all that evidence in the woods it was hard to dispute. I thought she was tricked and got taken or killed. Nope, I was wrong she was taken for being at the wrong place at the wrong time", I banged my fists on the wall. " I'm sorry guys that's all I can do today". I immediately shifted and ran for home. I need to check on mom and dad and hope she can save him before its too late. I need to know what went on here through Linas eyes. She might not want to but she has to tell me everything.
