I walked up the gazebo praying that Alpha Aaron would believe me. I needed more time but I guess I'm out of it. Now it's up to him. I'm still pretty hurt how he reacted. I was hoping he would whisk me out of Alpha Gages arms and take me with him. I didn't expect him to be so cold. I have to face the reality. I walked up the steps to the gazebo and joined hands with Alpha Gage. He had this sick grin that made my stomach churn. I looked down and tried to keep my breathing steady. Alpha Lou was doing the honors. Since there was no previous alpha here anymore. " Now please if you'll both give me your hands". both hands must be sliced and the blood dropping into a cup to unify the bond. he pulled his excitedly. After him it was mine. "STOP". I looked over and saw Alpha Aaron walking towards us. "Aaron what is the meaning of this", Alpha Gage seethed. " I don't believe you taking my mate as your Luna is right. Everyone let out a loud gasp.Yes, Lina is my mate", he hollered. "I will be taking her with me. Oh and Gage", he paused. "I found my mother".
Alpha Aaron P.O.V
The look on his face was priceless. "I don't understand what you're talking about", he said. Right after he spoke my Gamma came out holding my mother bridal style. She was clearly weak. My blood was boiling. "You abduct the Luna of a neighboring pack, you murder your own Beta and force my mate to be your chosen. You won't get away with this. To top that you've been taking the girls. Finding my mom here was just further proof of that", I yelled out. Beau and Lou both had their jaws dropped. "Is this true"?, Beau spoke. Soon as he said the words Alpha Gage took off towards the woods followed by his beta and gamma. "Get them", I instructed my beta. " Go help him", Alpha Lou hollered at his own Beta and Gamma. Beau was still dumbfounded. "I'm also gonna send a few warriors. Beau, do you mind if I send a couple of your people to help with the search", I asked. "Yes, uh ofcourse". I looked back at the gazebo to find no one there. I started looking around frantically for Lina. I'm still not sure I want her as my mate until I know everything but I also don't need her getting hurt. I sighed in relief when I found her hugging my mother. That's a weird sight that soothes me I thought." Triss, what about the other girls", I needed to know. " Alpha, I found an underground tunnel in the basement. I wasn't able to investigate further when I found Luna. As I was getting her she informed me that Gage stopped selling a year ago due to suspicions", he said. "So there's no girls at the moment"? He shook his head. " That means they are gone for good". I sighed. Damnit. I was too late.
Lina P.O.V
Soon as Gage let go of my hands I ran to my Luna. I was so happy to see she was found. "Luna thank God you were found. I gave the message like you said but there was some complications so I didn't know if he'd take me seriously", I all but yelled. "Why wouldn't he?"She immediately raised her eyebrows. "Well, were mates apparently". Her eyes got wide. "That's great news I'm so happy I get to officially call you my daughter", she jumped out of that guy's arms and hugged me. " Well I don't know if he wants me. He doesn't act like it". She looked down shaking her head. " Give him time, let him sort out this mess here. He's been through a lot. If not for him for me,?" I nodded my head. Soon as I did Alpha Aaron walked forward and took his mom in his arms. I thought I might even see a tear. " We need to get you to dad mom. He's in pretty rough shape", he said. " Please have Gamma Triss escort Lina and I. I'll catch up with you soon son but right now I need to see your father. Before you reject Lina, she was with me for two years. I trust her with everything in me", she said sternly. "Yes mom. Triss", he called. " Escort them home and take three of my warriors with ya'll. We have plenty here to help sort through all this". " Yes Alpha". He turned to face me. "Is there anything you own that you would like to take"? Alpha Aaron asked. I shook my head and followed Luna. His gaze is so intense. We hopped in a truck with Gamma driving and the three warriors in the bed of the truck. " Don't worry Lina, we're going home and there is where I will explain everything. Hopefully it will all make sense". I hope so too, I thought.
