Aaron P.O.V

I got all my guys assembled and ready to move. Unfortunately even in our trucks it's still gonna be a three hour drive. If we speed we might make it two. Soon as we left the premises I felt a pain in my heart that almost made me crumble. "Alpha what's wrong", Dom spoke. I just shook my head. He called my father and described what I told him. I heard my father make a sharp inhale. I snatched the phone from him. "Dad what is this"? He cleared his throat. "He must've marked her. Her wolf is now confused so she's reaching out the only way she can son. Get there soon", he finished hanging up. I let out a growl that shook the truck I was in. Triss was driving thankfully. He was the best driver for this job. We kept moving at a steady eighty miles per hour. By the time we got there it was already nine in the evening. We all hopped out and began infiltration. I felt a very hollow feeling in my chest. I kept pushing forward as several members were laid out on the ground. "Do not kill, we don't know what all is happening here", I instructed. Dom and I ran up to the Alpha quarters and forced the door open. The first thing I noticed was a figure laying on the bed. "Alpha, the window is open. He escaped". I glared at my beta. "Go get him. He's not to escape", I roared. He quickly hopped out the window. "Triss, help him go after that piece of s**t", I mindlinked. "Yes Alpha". I hopped on the bed and looked down at my mate. She was naked and covered in bruises. What did he do to her?

Lina P.O.V

He was kissing me down my neck and I shuddered. "My heat has already come and gone", I managed to squeeze out. "How so? I thought ya'll mated long ago". I just shook my head when he got frustrated." So I'm gonna have to drug you everytime for the next couple months", he seethed. I looked at him and gave him a weak smile. "Never consenting", I breathed out slowly. He got upset and started hitting me. I barely got my hands lifted to cover my face. Unfortunately he landed a few blows to my eye and side of my head. The rest was directed towards my body. "I'll beat you into submission. Let's see how far consenting for you goes", he smiled. He then ripped my underwear and plunged his fingers inside me. He began roughly biting my n*****s and moaning. After a few minutes he abruptly stopped. "s**t", he said looking out the window. I looked over and saw headlights. "Aaron", was all I said before drifting off into unconsciousness.

Beta Dom P.O.V

As soon as I saw her my heart shattered. She was beaten and naked. My wolf angered soon as we saw our Luna in such distress. I hopped out the window and immediately turned. My brown wolf was ready for blood. As I entered the woods Triss was on my six as we kept moving. I could smell him. I saw him in my vision and immediately sped forward. Tackling him to the ground I tried to lunge for his throat when a pack of mangy wolves showed up. Triss and I both let loose our signature growl. Beta Chase stepped forward. "Sorry, he's under the protection of rogues. If you don't leave we will slaughter you all". Soon as he said that we heard growling completely surrounding in the trees. There were too many. We both turned and headed back. "Alpha, he's got the rogues on his side. There's too many. We must leave", I mindlinked. "Okay". That was all I got. He must be devastated. By the time we got back there was an ambulance already taking Luna away with my Alpha. "It doesn't look good",Triss voiced. "Let's head back. There's nothing we can do here". We both hopped in the truck and headed home. Hopefully we can do some fruitful investigating.

Aaron P.O.V

"We've had to place her in a medically induced coma. The paralytic she was given including the beating was devastating to her body", Lina's doctor said. "We will keep running tests to be sure her brain is still active and her body is healing". I sat there holding her hand. She wouldn't wake up for me. We've only had a short time together and this is what it amounts to. Life's not fair. I've put everyone above me and I can't this time. I've lost everything I was looking forward to the most. I can't do it. I pulled out my phone. "Dad, she's in a coma", I choked out. "I've already informed Sheila and she's on the way with the pack doctor, he finished. " I want blood dad. I can't sit here and make sure everything is okay when that i***t is still out there colluding with rogues". I was beyond furious. I wanted his blood on my hands. Just like he had hers. He did some real damage to her. He will be lucky to get a merciful death. Of that much I'll make sure.
