-FAST FORWARD-

Here we are now, my brother and I, in the dining room having dinner with the house help. Afterward, I bid them farewell because I was tired. I reached my room, took a half bath, changed into pajamas before climbing into bed and fell asleep.

In the following days, everything turned out okay. Dark continued to court me. Sometimes, he would spend Saturdays and Sundays at the house until the evening. Both my parents and his parents are aware of it because sometimes he brings me to his house and introduces me to his parents. His parents are pleasant to talk to, and I get along with all of them quickly, even his sister is very kind. Sometimes we go on dinner dates. He is always told by my brother to bring me home safely, and that's what he does. He is very romantic, he has been courting me for 5 months now and he doesn't give up. He is pleasant to talk to, just a bit possessive, but it's okay. Just like now, I'm dressed in red because he said we were going somewhere, I don't know where. We are in his car now as we head to our destination.

"Where are we going, Dark?" I asked him while he looked serious on the road.

"Secret," he said, so I didn't ask him further.

He's not shy around me anymore, it's like he's just a fool now, when he didn't court me, he was like a pepe on the side, he doesn't talk to me now, he's almost close to me.

We stopped in front of an expensive restaurant, he opened the door for me, and we went out. I could see many couples dating inside because it's all glass so you can see inside immediately.

"Good evening, sir, ma'am," the staff greeted us, I smiled at them and greeted them back.

We were seated near their fountain area. It's so beautiful here, the flowers are dancing because of the beautiful relaxing wind. We ordered, Dark stood up and gave me a flower, I smiled at him and thanked him. He quickly kissed me on the forehead, I'm used to these gestures from him. I smiled sweetly at him. We just talked here as our order arrived.

After we ate, we just contemplated it here in our area. Suddenly, a Violin started playing Romance, Dark suddenly extended his hand to me. I looked at him, he looked serious but still handsome.

"Can I dance with you, my girl?" he said affectionately. I was touched when he called me "my girl," all his lines affect me.

I happily accepted his hand, we slowly went to the center, he placed his hand on my waist and mine on his shoulder. I love him, I don't want to look for anyone else because everything I want in a man is in him. I smiled sweetly at him as our feet moved slowly. I also saw others dancing. The music was so beautiful that it really inspired you to dance. This is the most romantic thing that happened in my life.

He suddenly knelt down, so the other dancers stopped even me.

"Ellise Rodriguez? Can you be my girlfriend?" He asked hesitantly.

I couldn't help but tear up at what he did.

"Yes?"

"Yes...."

"Okay, girl, you're lucky with my brother."

"Yes, indeed."

These are the comments here so I smiled sweetly at Dark and nodded.

"Ellise, I don't need a nod, I need your answer?" He said, so I laughed sweetly at him.

"Yes," I happily said, so he stood up and hugged me tightly. He quickly kissed me on the forehead like I was his princess.

He went behind me and put on me the silver necklace with a heart in the middle and a rose. I smiled because it was so beautiful.

"You're beautiful," he said affectionately, so I playfully hit his shoulder.

He hugged me and helped me sit down. Afterward, we both went home, he escorted me home, he kissed me on the forehead before leaving. I happily went into my room, changed, and climbed into bed.

-TOMORROW-

I woke up to my alarm clock so I got up and went straight to the bathroom and showered. Afterward, I dressed in my uniform before going downstairs, I joined my brother because he was also leaving, he said he had a meeting today, so I just went with him. We quickly arrived in front of the campus, I just kissed his cheek before getting off and walking in. There are many students here, so I just smiled at them.

"I'm excited."

"Yeah, me too."

"Let's go to the beach."

The girls here let out a soft scream, so I laughed at them. I quickly made my way to our room, I immediately saw the two of them gossiping. I just shook my head and sat between the two of them.

"Babe... Let's go to the beach," Ellaine said happily to me.

"Huh? Why?" I asked them.

She rolled her eyes, so I tapped her.

"You know I just got here, don't you?"

Ellaine chuckled and nudged me playfully. "Come on, it's a beautiful day outside. We can have some fun and relax by the beach. Plus, it's a great way to unwind after a long week of classes."

I considered her suggestion, the thought of spending a day at the beach did sound appealing. "Alright, you convinced me. Let's go to the beach!"

We both giggled and got up from our seats. As we walked out of the room, I couldn't help but feel excited about the idea of enjoying the sun, sand, and waves.

"So, have you been to this beach before, Ellaine?" I asked, curious to know more about our destination.

She shook her head. "No, it's actually a new beach that just opened up nearby. I heard it's really beautiful and has amazing views. I thought it would be a perfect place for us to relax and have some fun."

"That sounds wonderful! I can't wait to see it," I replied, feeling a surge of anticipation building up inside me.

As we made our way to the beach, we chatted about our plans for the day and shared stories from our week. The excitement and laughter filled the air, making the journey even more enjoyable.

Finally, we arrived at the beach. The sight of the sparkling blue water and the sound of the crashing waves instantly brought a smile to my face. We found a spot to set up our towels and instantly kicked off our shoes, feeling the warm sand between our toes.

"Ah, this feels amazing!" I exclaimed, stretching my arms out and taking in the breathtaking view.

Ellaine nodded in agreement. "It's like paradise here. Let's make the most of our day and enjoy every moment."

And that's exactly what we did. We soaked up the sun, played in the water, and enjoyed each other's company. It was a day filled with laughter, relaxation, and creating memories that would last a lifetime.

As the sun began to set, casting a beautiful orange glow over the horizon, we sat on the sand, watching the waves crash against the shore.

"This was the perfect idea, Ellaine. Thank you for suggesting it," I said, feeling a sense of gratitude towards my friend.

She smiled warmly. "You're welcome, babe. I'm glad you enjoyed it. It's always great to take a break from our busy lives and just appreciate the beauty around us."

I nodded, feeling a sense of contentment wash over me. The beach had provided the perfect escape, allowing us to unwind and rejuvenate our spirits.

As we packed up our belongings and made our way back to campus, I couldn't help but reflect on the day and the joy it had brought. It was a reminder that sometimes, all we need is a little time by the beach to find peace and happiness.
