Chapter 1: Rebirth, Awakening of Superpowers

“I am reborn ?!”

Looking at everything in front of her, Serena was sure that she had been reborn and returned to three months before the end of the world.

More than three months later, on January 1 , 2041, which happens to be the first day of the new year, there will be an unexpected heavy rainstorm. This heavy rainstorm lasts for a week, leaving the world in a state of confusion.

The rainstorm affects the whole planet, turning the Blue Planet into an ice age overnight. The global temperature dropped rapidly.

The Blue Planet gets colder, with the city where Serena lives located close to the south dropping to minus 60 or 70 degrees Celsius. Heavy snow covers the city for more than two months .

The temperature in some places, where the climate is already cold, drops even more, even reaching more than minus 100 degrees Celsius. This disaster causes unprecedented destruction on the Blue Planet. Many animals have since become extinct, and less than 40% of the world's humans survive.

Food becomes scarce, and everyone is in crisis because of the problem of food and clothing. Because I have the habit of hoarding food, there is usually a lot of food at home, so when someone needs help at the beginning, I took out food to help them. These people are all my neighbors, including my "so-called best friend" Cindy, my fiancé Zander, and Cindy's family. I helped them and their families, providing them with food and shelter .

Zander's parents were in the north at that time, and he couldn't contact them. When they realised that I didn't have much food left and had no supernatural ability, I was treated merely as a maid and humiliated. Zander and Cindy even hooked up behind my back, making me feel helpless and alone.

Every day, I had to endure their constant demands and abuse. They made me feel like a mere tool, constantly ordering me around and using me for their own selfishness. I felt completely powerless and desperate, trapped in a situation I couldn't escape from.

One day, I decided to run away from the relentless torment and abuse I was enduring. However, Cindy found out about my plan and punished me by pouring boiling water on me. In my struggle, I accidentally hurt her hand, and as a fire ability user, she reacted immediately, burning my face in anger. Zander, who was a strength type mutant, returned to find us in a violent conflict. He beat me and then threw me out into the snow field, leaving me half alive.

At the brink of death, my blood accidentally triggered the space bracelet Abel had designed. It was meant to be a prototype, a half-finished creation that Abel had been working on for years. I saw a video message from him explaining the bracelet's purpose and how to use it . In end I couldn't listen what he said after that .

Recalling those traumatic memories, Serena's eyes filled with tears as she wiped them away. She found a small fruit knife and made a small cut on her index finger, activating the space inside the metal bracelet. The bracelet had been designed by Abel's parents, but it was only half complete, a work-in-progress that Abel had been meticulously crafting for the past four years. Despite her own limited knowledge, she knew that the bracelet granted her access to an enormous space inside, yet no one else could enter .

Serena looked around the expanse of space before her, marveling at its enormity. She had been putting everything she could find into the space, including furniture like a sofa, bed, and even a TV. Despite filling the space with all these items, she could see that she barely made a dent, and the space looked like it could hold four football fields .

With a sense of determination, Serena looked out of the window and vowed to live this life well. She would save her best friend Abel's life, take revenge on those who had hurt her, and make sure to live a good life this time around. After briefly washing herself . she went to found food in the refrigerator .

Rummaging through the refrigerator, Serena found a leftovers of her favorite dish - a creamy tomato pasta. The sight of it made her stomach rumble, reminding her of how famished she was. With a satisfied smile, she heated the pasta and settled down to eat. The flavors danced on her tongue, and the warmth of the meal spread throughout her body, leaving her feeling content and energized. She hummed softly to herself, relishing in the simple pleasure of a good meal.

With a full stomach and a renewed sense of energy, Serena sat down on the couch in her spacious living room. A wave of relief washed over her as she realized she no longer had to worry about finding food for the moment. As she relaxed, her mind began to wander, considering her next steps in this new life. She knew she had to start taking action and making plans for the future. But for now, she took a few deep breaths and allowed herself a moment of tranquility.

After a moment of rest , Serena sat at her desk, staring at the numbers on her financial accounts. After her parents and grandmother had passed away, she had inherited a significant amount of money. This would definitely come in handy when gathering supplies for the months . There are 9 million dollar in her saving accounts . If she sell there old house and her father shares she'll get 5-6 million dollar atmost . It's seems lot but it's not enough, it seems not enough but it's alot . To put it in simple words it's enough to buy food and clothing for lifetime. As she thought about what to put on her checklist, a curious feeling filled her mind. Close to her on the windowsill, a potted plant caught her eye, and just as she tried to continue making her list, a faint, green glow appeared behind her eyelids.

Serena froze as the unexpected green glow continued to dance around her mind's eye. It was unusual, but not unpleasant, and she found herself drawn to the plant standing near her. With a slight frown, she felt a pull to reach out to it, as if the plant was calling out to her. Acting on impulse, she laid her hand on the plant, and to her astonishment, the flowers began to bloom. They slowly unfurled their petals, revealing a vibrant array of colour .

Serena stared at the plant in disbelief. In her previous life, she never had any abilities, let alone the power to control nature. But now, as the flowers bloomed under her touch, she couldn't deny the existence of her newfound skills. A smile of joy spread across her face as a wave of happiness washed over her. She had finally awakened her ability, and it was a strong one - wood type.

Serena took a deep breath and thought to herself, "Having a space is certainly convenient, but I'm not sure if living things can be stored in it. I don't have any pet animal at home right now, so I'll have to go out to buy some once I've gathered more supplies. Maybe I could start with fish."

As she pondered what else she needed to prepare for the impending ice apocalypse, the issue of food came to mind. The snow had made it impossible to go out and find food before.

Serena sighed, realizing that her financial resources were currently limited. She had to be mindful about how and where she spent her money before she sell old house and shares . There is also another problem ,her current City is not that advance there are only 2 malls and 3 large supermarkets . For a moment, she pondered on how to solve this problem of buying supplies .
