It only took a few days at the beginning of the school year for them to coordinate their schedules. There was a small window of opportunity where the boys could pass each other in the hall while changing for lunches. On his way back from the cafeteria, Jordan always took the long route, past the upperclassmen science labs, down the back hall, to reach his biology class.
