Rebecca laughed. "I wouldn't miss this," she said. "I was just taking my time."
Adam kissed her lightly on the cheek. "I'm glad you're here," he said.
Rebecca smiled. "Me too."
"So what do we say?" Adam asked. "It's a little awkward, I guess..."
"Just call me Rebecca," she said, and Adam nodded. "Okay, so, first we get in line." He looked around the room again. "That's the best way to go about it."
Adam told her that he would like to teach her some tricks on how to control her powers as a werewolf. She told him that she didn't have any particular interest in controlling them, but since she had been bitten by one, she thought maybe it might be something useful to learn anyway.
Adam agreed with her, though he wasn't exactly sure why. In fact, he still couldn't quite put his finger on
