John and the Rhodes twins came out of the gates of the academy and into the beautiful high-class Cornflower city with flowery gardens, farms and villas on the roadside. The three stood on the opposite side of the road facing them, near the gates, with literate and intellectual people walking around.
Turning his face towards Luna, John noticed her walking just ten to twenty feet away through the staff of paramedics and police officers rushing out of the gates. Her face was devitalized and her eyes were red from all the crying. It was a long and eventful day for her.
