CASSIE'S POV.
I woke up with a pounding headache, my head feeling like it was being hammered from all sides. My eyes fluttered open, and for a moment I couldn’t place where I was. The room came into focus slowly, and I realized I was lying on a bed I didn’t recognize.
"What happened?" I groaned, sitting up and pressing my hands to my temples. My head throbbed violently, making me wince. That’s when it hit me. I was in Daelan’s guestroom. My stomach dropped as the memories started to trickle back. I was at the rink, then Becca came along and spoke about the girls’ hangout party… and then.. a little fog. I couldn’t remember much after that.
