Cassie’s POV I woke up to the afternoon sun soaking through the curtains, warm and quiet against my skin. The room was still, and for a few seconds, I stayed frozen, like waking up too fast might bring the memory of what happened crashing into me too soon. But it came anyway. His hands on me, his sultry voice, his breath on my skin and body over mine. I couldn't believe that the morning at nine a.m happened, when everything I thought I had control over slipped through my fingers.
