Cassie’s POV. The loud ringing startled me awake as my hand shot out blindly toward the noise, reaching for my phone on the bedside table. Ugh. It was Sandy, of course. But as I blinked the sleep from my eyes, what actually caught my attention wasn’t her name, but the date flashing on the screen. 'Sunday.' Thank God, I felt the liberty of just.. resting.
