Presley joined her father and Ronnie for a late lunch. They settled into the casual dining room situated at the rear of the house. The room they all referred to as the sunroom. Three full walls of glass showed off the view of the entire back of the estate, which was complete with a well manicured rustic styled lawn edged by wooded slopes and a wide natural meadow that was visited often by deer and elk. A wood stove, large pine table with comfortable pine chairs, and dark red rug on the wide planked hardwood floors mimicked the feeling of a log cabin without lacking any modern luxuries. “You went on a walk in the woods with him?” Ronnie asked, her eyes sparkling with delight. “Yes, I walk in the woods sometimes,” Presley answered.
