I lean towards the wall with my head as the hot droplets of water fall on my back. The water is calming my body down but it can't calm my nerves.
I have been having weird dreams for the last few days. I have been hearing voices, everything felt so real yet surreal.
I heard my sister's voice and an unknown person's. He was telling her that my mind and body are trying to wake up but something is holding me back.
I even felt some needles prick in my skin. I'm having nightmares of losing Julia. I can't lose her and that thought alone scares me.
The dream last night shook me to the point that I started crying in my sleep. I exhale through my mouth as water run down my body.
