"Yes. She said she had an announcement to make but she asked me not to come along since you were unavailable. I tried calling to know if this was your decision because you didn't tell me about it but I couldn't reach you." The secretary explained, her voice was shaky.
"What?" Jordan yelled again in disbelief and his secretary took another step backwards.
"Didn't you know?" Fear was evident on her face and she looked like she was going to cry soon. Jordan wondered why she was acting so scared, so he decided to ask.
"Why are you shaking? Have you done anything wrong? Perhaps, there is something you are not telling me." He raised a questioning brow.
