“So, everything is getting fine with you, right?” Jassem’s voice came out of nowhere while Isabella watched her best friend, Cynthia, on the sofa. The woman looked happy and too focused on watching the new anime release called I Want to Eat Your Pancreas.
Absentmindedly, she nodded. A tiny smile appeared on her lips as she realized how adorable Cynthia was with her tiny bump on her tummy.
“Well, if that’s the case, May I ask how your heart is doing?” Again, Jassem continued talking.
