Emily's expression softened slightly as I tired to calm them down. "I guess that's true."
Alexis sighed, her anger slowly dissipating. "I suppose you're right, Ashley. But still, she should have asked you first."
I nodded in agreement. "Absolutely, I agree, but we were kids and let's not forget, Aunt Vicky was trying to help us. She just went about it the wrong way."
