"so today we planned to go to the community pool as a family"mom said excitedly, she has been making plans for perfect bonding time for the family "so everyone go get ready lateness is strictly band", Alen groaned out loud just to get a pointed look from mom

In the pool, Alen was swimming with charlotte while mom and I were sunbathing,dad and tracy went to buy ice creams for the rest of us it really felt like family bonding time and I started to feel relaxed a bit more in my hometown. "Ari come join us" Alen yelled from the pool"aunt Ari come join us"charlotte said with her cute little voice that I couldn't resist "I will be there in a minute need to use the ladies room" I said as I stood up "kay be quick" as I walked to the bathroom I slipped and fell hitting my butt hard on the floor. Ohh that is Soo going to leave a bruise i thought as I tried to get up. A shadow came to block the sun and asked"are you okay", I heard his voice it sounded so familiar and I looked up as I placed my hand in his outstretched arm and stood up

I squinted my eyes to look closely at his face and then I saw him my long time nemesis Alex. I removed my hand from his immediately and stepped back,he smiled. "Thank you" I said .

Mom thought me never to be ungrateful even to deserving people. "Wow isn't nerdy ari can't say you look bad","if you will exscuse me", "no no no don't do that hey let's makeup okay",I am not a fool I have been in situations like this before let's makeup then what the teasing, the insults.

If you are wondering who Alex is fine, he is a douchebag and my very first boyfriend,my first everything actually, he was sweet, loving and everything you could wish for .

until we entered college and everything changed he started with the teasing and his friends insulted me too and then I got bullied by everyone and he never said anything he joined. Stupid i***t, "excuse me", I said as I started leaving to go to Alen , forget the ladiesroom I might leave here if dad permits,of course. "Where are you going", he asked "far away from you", obviously "stay some more nerdy ari" f*****g douchebag.

I just walked out on him if I have to see him one more time I might just kill myself.

"So you were talking to Alex high mom" asked mom "not really,no"" it may not seem much but I think he is changed and he is even quite hardworking nowadays ,what a good kid" she said while I just stared at her like she had things growing on her head"okaaay" weird .

At home mom was in the kitchen cooking God knows what and dad was in his room reading again God knows what,tracy and charlotte where having a bath and Alen was in his garage working on the "time machine" what a joke.

The doorbell rang and everyone was out doing there thing so I guess it's me then great "Arielle get the door" captain obvious. I went to the door to open it just to see the handsome face of my brilliant nemesis hmm how great."what do you want" I said putting on my irritated face and the dude had the balls to smirk at me"actually your mom invited me for dinner"he said as he entered into the house. Nope not doing this s**t right now I said as I went to the garage to meet Alen .

"Hey Ari what brings you here" he asked with a smile. "I actually left the house to be away from Alex, mom called him over" I said." Well that's weird" he said with a look of concern as he was cleaning his hands.

"So how is your machine coming along","it's actually coming great"he said as he looked at it with a smile,"wanna try it out" "no thanks am good"I said I really don't want to be electrocuted like the last time I tried his invention "this one is actually quite safe if you look at it very well come let me show you" he said as he started dragging me towards the door of the machine.

"Wait! Alen are you sure it's safe" I asked . I really don't want to be electrocuted this time. "It's safe trust me",I nodded my head throwing caution to the wind as I entered inside it with him.

Through it all it never occurred to me that it was a time machine at that moment anything to get away from Alex was good.

Alen seemed really excited showing me buttons and saying terms I couldn't understand. Alen pushed the button 1789 as the numbers and said let's see if this works and I laughed like every other invention Alen worked on non worked all always failed so I just stood there looking at him waiting. "Will you do me the honor my fair lady"he said in a bad british accent", "why of course I will"I said as I pushed the green button.for the first minute nothing happened Alen stepped out of the box to check on something while I waited patiently . I knew his invention was a joke but I would never say it to his face as I saw how downcast he would be so I just stayed and waited patiently might I add as he twisted some nuts and stuff.

All of a sudden the box started to shake and I was seriously scared of being electrocuted so i tried reaching for the door but I fell and all of a sudden everywhere went dark and silent and then I fell into the darkness

My eyelids felt heavy and was hard to open. Well I must say that machine was a total fluke. But it sure gives a massive headache I thought as I sat up. I finally opened my eyes to see that I was in some sort of in the woods setting gosh this must be a joke. Alen is so in for it when I get home, I thought as I got up and I started walking you know surveying the area as I walked.

Looks like a movie set or something cause I don't think there is a forest around here.
