19 Tempted by lips
She turns in his arms to face him and her eyes trace up. Those eyes, filled with the sorrow of an entire race, bore into Kye. I would do anything to make those eyes not fill with tears anymore.
Her face is so soft, so vulnerable. Her curves press into Kye seeking comfort. Kye wanted to be that for her. He ached to wrap around her and make her heart stop hurting.
He traces a hand up her spine to the back of her neck, and when her lips part slightly, Kye pulls her into him for a kiss. She was soft and warm. His body was welcoming, soothing her tension with his towering height. She felt safe, and they both let their guards slip.
