Her eyes flutter as she tries to comprehend.
"Back down on your knees. Beg me." It takes a great deal of control on Aleric’s part to not give in to his wolf - Bane - and take her right there. Bane is eager to get his paws on her once more. There is a small satisfaction that Aleric can suppress his wolfish desires.
Aleric sits silently, letting the weight of expectation push Vin down.
Vin carefully extracts herself from Aleric’s lap and settles herself on the carriage floor between his knees. She carefully placed her hands on his muscular thighs hoping to steady herself against the jostling of the carriage on the bumpy road. Their eyes meet, her heart raced as a blush spread across her cheeks. She nervously bites her lip again and looks away.
