Brooklyn turns to the phone that's ringing and she immediately picks it up. She clears her throat before putting up a femine man voice for the phone. “Yes, Brooklyn here? How may I be in service today?”

The familiar voice led her to immediately hang up, put the phone down, take a pillow and put it right into your face and scream as hard as you can as you just got embarrassed!
Brooklyn was expecting someone she didn't know that much, like another worker, a client or a guest! But she did not see that her brother was calling because she picked up immediately, not seeing who's calling her.
She hears her phone ring again, and this time she looks at who is calling her. … Heins, her brother again. …“Hope he forgot what happened…” Brooklyn said to herself as she slowly picks up the phone and answers it.
