Chapter 12After Aunt Deirdre told Emma about the newest flowers in the conservatory at the Paddington estate, my daughter begged to see them. Timothy offered to drive Emma back and forth, but I saw it as an opportunity to talk with Eustacia and Jennifer Paddington, his aunt and sister, to inquire what they knew about the robberies. We followed Aunt Deirdre and Timothy—I refused to call him Uncle Timothy this late in the game—to the estate.
