Little Bruno Bear

Chapter 19 The beginning of the end.

As the two traveled to the beginning of the river on the banks of the forest. The journey has been long and the time has been giving for the father and son that would normally not have to connect on a personal level. The path has been rough and well earned for the two. Looking around at the groups of bears starting to collect in their family groups there was a few bear alone one little Bruno caught sight of. Little Bruno looked up at his dad and his dad pointed with his head to go. As little Bruno took off running he ran seeing his mother for the first time in many months. Looking up to see what all the commotion was Corra sees her cub running hard with tears running across his fur. Corra made her way to and open area as little Bruno hit his mother with a cub size bear hug. And the both of them just hug and hold each other as big Bruno makes his way to the two of them. Corra looked up at big Bruno and asked if he had got his cub to her? And he said yes they have been behind her for miles. And that their cub has been one mischievous bears he has ever had the pleasure to be around. Then they start laughing at the things big Bruno had said was real. Little Bruno bear was a wonderful cub to be with he just seems to collect mischievous like it’s honey.

As the bears get some food and rest for a bit. Corra wanted to hear about how the two of them met and started on the long journey together. So big Bruno laid next to Corra to let little Bruno bear tell the story of how he met his dad and they found out how much that two bears can be so much alike. So okay little bear starts to tell about after he was washed down the river and got turned around and the found a friend. And getting turned back around after days of being confused and lost. Fredrick the same skunk at sprayed little Bruno when he was with his mother was now helping the cub find his mother. And Corra laughs and says only you my little cub. And then he tells of the other friends that he had came across trying to get back to Corra. And Corra wondered what kind of friends a little mischievous cub could make. And little Bruno bear tells her about the big foot in the woods at big Bruno shakes his head in agreement because he met the large big foot his name was Herbert. And him and another friend named Shane which Shane was a Zebra. As mother bear looked in surprise as little bear told how Shane and himself helped Herbert find his missing medallion and after Shane found and female Zebra and they went off together. He told his mother about the mean bagger that ran him off when he accidentally got into his den. And about when he met Bug Bruno and how big Bruno taught him to fish. And after the cub fell out and embankment big Bruno carried the cub and cleaned him up and took such great care of him.

Corra licked big Bruno on the cheek as big Bruno said it was a very fun and interesting time expected when little Bruno got hurt.

Then big Bruno told of the fight in the woods with the rogue lions and how that little Bruno had made friends with a lion and a elephant that helped them fight the group and then the loin went back and ruled over the rogues. Wow Corra said it sounds like you two had many exciting adventures as little Bruno laughed and told his mother about getting sprayed by a skunk in a dark cave and helping a small animal find its family. As they laughed and talking for hours as little Bruno cuddled up next to his mother she licked on her amazing adventure loving little cub. And little Bruno bear told his mother he had looked far and wide and never thought he would see his mother again. And Corra told little Bruno how she looked for him til she had to start traveling to the winter den and hoped that her smart little cub would for a way to make it to her. And little Bruno said if he had not found his dad who he didn’t know was his dad til yesterday he would have not made it back to Corra. And the three laughed and cuddled til the sun was setting in the sky. And then they made their way to the den as the Bruno climbed in then Corra and little Bruno piled in and cuddled both of his parents as little Bruno cuddled up right in the middle of his mother bear and his father bear. And for the first time in along time the little cub knew he was fortunate to have two caring and two parents that has taught him so much in his short life.

After the best sleep a cub that just got reunited with his mother could have. Little Bruno bear woke up and shook off the dirt of and long trip. And made his way out side to see the morning sky and all it’s beautiful colors. The next thing that little Bruno knew his mother was shaking off and coming out of the den. As they decided to let the large grumpy old bear sleep since he has worked so hard to get his cub back to be reunited with his mom. So the two talked and played happily together as they made their way to the river and little Bruno show his mother how big Bruno had taught him to catch fish. And Corra was so proud of her small cub for being brave enough to get back into the river and catch his own food.
