The food was tasteful. I stood up and tried to clear the plate but he told me that he had hired a maid to do that. I wanted to take the plate myself so I could clear my head from what he had said. I was still insistent on carrying the plate when he screamed at the top of his voice.
"Can you just listen to me?" he whispered and screamed with a scowl on his face. I couldn't help it as I quickly sat back on the chair with my hands trembling a bit, "I'm sorry, just a bit stressed from work." he muttered, glancing at me. After five minutes of silence, he eventually uttered some words.
"Do you want to eat out at night?" he inquired as he wiped his mouth with the napkin set on the table, "no," I mumbled not peeking at him. "Are you angry at me?" he inquired with a disturbed frown on his face,
