JANE POV
I sat down on the bed with my thoughts all on one person. Where was Andrew? Would he come to my rescue? Why did he even abandon me inside the room? I stood up and sauntered close to the window, there was a kitten that glimpsed sick.
I opened the window and let him inside. "What are you doing outside little guy?" I spoke to it like he could hear me and send back a reply. It gazed at me with his grey eyes, "It seems like you don't have a family, I can keep you." I said dropping it on the king-sized bed.
I smiled widely as I kept caressing it back. At least this could keep me insane, she closed her eyes at the way I caressed her! It seemed like she enjoyed it.
