"Dr Shelly, Dr Shellyy..."

Sr. Mary was screaming out there as if she has seen a ghost.

"What happened Sr.Mary...... Calm down, please... Is there any emergency"

"Emergency is better than the storm coming next."

"Actually Sr. Mary-am not getting what you saying.. If there is no emergency, then why are you screaming as if someone is going to die."

"King is coming Dr. King is coming."

Who the hell is King? Is this place not democratic or what.. I didn't knew Rosewoods still follow this kind of kingdom based rule and all... Ohh God what is happening here?

I think Sr. Mary got my confused state." Dr Shelly, kings are the richest people out there. In fact, they are filthy rich overall. They have many businesses, their own companies, political influences and even hospitals. They are the trustee for this hospital also. Elder Mr Richard Kings has now retired from his CEO position. He is now enjoying his retirement with his lovely wife Mrs. Rosly Kings. Elder, as everyone calls him, lost his only son and daughter in law 15 years back. It says some of their rivals killed them. Nobody knew how exactly it happened. Even rumour says Elder avenged for their death. Elder has a grandson. No one knows where he was all this time. It is like Mr King was protecting him all these years. He has returned 3 years back and joined King's corp. Now everyone calls him king. He is a very strange human. Very angry and ruthless. He has no mercy to anyone. Sometimes everyone wonders are he really Elders grandson. Elder was a strict man but was very kind at the same time. But as far as king is considered everything screams danger. Last time when he came he fired 5 of our employees for some reasons which God only knows. "

What a ruthless human he is... Is he having some anger issues or what?

" yes, Dr Shelly he has serious anger issues. "

" Did I say it loud".

" yes, you did. It says after his parent's death the child was heartbroken. He witnessed his own parents death. They murdered them brutally in front of the kid. It took years for Elder and his wife to recover the kid from that trauma."

"ok Sr. Mary. Now, what is the issue? Why were you worried about the king."

" his sudden appearance always gives us a mini heart attack. Nobody knows who is gonna get fired next time."

" Don't worry Sr. Mary. He won't fire anyone.. Stop worrying. Let him come. He has a responsibility for his hospital. As far as we are true to our profession there is nothing to worry about. You just make sure everything is in the right place. I think Dr Claire and Dr Edwin is aware of there arrival. "

" yes, Dr They are all preparing for his arrival. "

"Sr. Mary where exactly the kings live now?"

" Elder and his wife are now on some private island. Nobody knows where exactly they live. King is now living in the woods. They have a mansion there. They always keep their profile low. King says he wants his own privacy. If an emergency came he visit the town. Usually, he is busy with his business and all. He is a workaholic. "

Strange. That's what I felt about the so-called Mr King.

Sr. Mary left babbling something. I don't know why I too felt a strange knot in my stomach. Don't know what it is, but am getting agitated. Who the hell is King...

I was busy in OPD. The last patient too went. I had some important registers to fill. Usually, Sr. Mary help me to do. Since today due to King's arrival, she was also busy. Damn you, king, now am busy because of you.

There was a commotion outside. Maybe the king has arrived.  I came to check what's happening. I saw a small crowd outside Dr Edwin's OPD. Those people were different from others. They all were very handsome, well-built body. All look like some movie stars. Who all are they. Sensing my presence, they turned around. 2 of them were smiling at me as if they knew me for ages. They came to me. I must say they look like greek gods. I haven't seen anyone as handsome as them. Are they any movie stars or what.

" hey am Kane. Mr.Kings second in command. You must be Dr Shelly right?". Kane forwarded his hand for me. He had light brown eyes and black straight hair. He was wearing a blue shirt and jeans with a black blazer. Is that a gun in his jeans. What is this people mafia or what? 

I heard the sound of someone clearing their throat. I looked and saw Kane looking at me. Is there something on my face or what.

Oops, he is expecting a handshake. Where are my manners?  I took his hand for a shake. The other guy too came and stand next to me. He seems friendly. He was smiling ear to ear as if some show is going on.

"And am Ryan, al.. Sorry kings third in command."

  I gave an awkward hi. Their behaviour seems strange to me. They were behaving as if they know me. I think am having some serious problem. After coming here what I felt is all strange. And now these two smiling at me as if we are long lost, buddies.

I just said a quick bye and left to my OPD. I was planning to leave, suddenly Sr. Mary came and said King is here to meet me. I asked why. She too had no idea. Maybe am new to his hospital he just wants to see whether am good at the job or something after all he is the trustee.

I was arranging files inside the shelf. I heard my OPD door opening and closing. Someone entered my room. My heart starts beating as if it is on some marathon. 

"long time kitten..."

That voice.. I dropped the file I was carrying. I turned around to see Shane standing in all his glory.......
