Chapter 9

Oh God.. I think I will lose my sanity. After seeing her in just that stupid skimpy towel my hormones started to peek.

I don't know how I controlled back there. Lust and love were mixing up in me. It is the first time I am seeing her in such fewer clothes.

I was not planning to peep into her room. But curiosity overtook me. What surprised me was our photo was still with her. The same photo is favourite for both of us.

That one was taken when we were close to our final days of internship. Our common friend sandy and I always joke around saying us as boyfriend and girlfriend. Sandy was the one who started it and I tagged along. Everyone back in college knew that was a joke. Sandy was not serious about it. That was what I thought. She often plays the role of a possessive girlfriend when I and shelly was close. Shelly was more important to me even before we became officially together. To annoy her we took that photo.

Initially, I thought Sandy was a good friend. She will understand everything. And Shelly being shelly always keep a distance away from me saying your girlfriend sandy may not like me being close to u. She was joking. But it annoyed me. And I lashed out at shelly..

That was the first time shelly confessed to me. She said "you know my feelings for you. Then why are you angry. Do you want me to stand on my knees and propose you holding a flower? If that's what you are expecting then it is not gonna happen.".

Saying it, she went away. I was smiling like an i***t. Sandy was not ready to take the information lightly. She once asked me whether I liked shelly. At that time I denied. Because I want shelly to be the first one to know my feelings for her. Saying I lied to her, sandy created a whole big drama. She even argued with shelly saying this is not what she expected from Shelly and all.

Sandy gave us the feeling that to love someone was a big crime.

Shelly's anger towards me was because of sandy also. I am 100 % sure that she will be all happy after knowing our break up. Shelly's friend circle back in college was not good. She was adjusting with her teammate. She was more close to Maryl and Nina...

After 3 years of seeing shelly, it evoked all dormant emotions in me.

When I saw her standing near the lakeside all I could do was hold her close.  I jumped over Shelly. After 3 years am holding her. I snuggled into her.

Mmmm... She has grown up a lot. She has more feminine features now. Am. Loving it... She even smells so good...

Ryan mind linked me asking where I am. I took a final glance at shelly and left. I kept a patrol team to keep a check on shelly.

Don, her cottage caretaker is a werewolf. He has spare keys with him. I took that one with me. I need it more often. If shelly comes to know it she will kill me.

After that, I used to visit shelly every day when she is asleep. Thanks to my werewolf genes I am able to sneak without anyone noticing but I can't touch her. Definitely, she will wake up.

Last time when I saw Dr Edwin flirting with my girl I lost my temper. They heard my growl. I was not able to control my anger. He is a werewolf. He is not supposed to keep any relations with anyone other than his mate.

That was the reason I visited the hospital, to give him a warning and to meet my kitten in person. She will definitely hate me.

When I entered her and she was searching for something. Her usual glow has lost. She now became ruder bossy arrogant. She has become me. I know I was responsible for all these. I should have waited. I should have explained. Now I won't let you go kitten... 

"Helloooooo kitten, won't you  greet your boss baby.."

Shock... Utter shock. That was what I saw in her face. A marathon of emotions was going inside her head. I badly want to know what's going inside her head. But I have to wait. I can only read her mind once I mark her. She won't allow it. In our case only I have the perks of reading other's mind. In a way its good. She won't stand all the perverted thoughts I have for her. Thinking all these made me smile...

"Helloooooo kitten, won't you greet your boss baby... "

"He is the hospital trustee. Does that mean he is king."

" You got it right kitten. Am the one and only king."

"What the hell. How come he knows what am saying. Did I say it loud."

"you did."

She is still the same. However bossy arrogant she has become still her old traits are with her. Even now she thinks aloud. It had put her in a lot of trouble. All those memories automatically made me smirk. I went to her. She was Standing as if seen a ghost.

"so kitten. Miss me?"

"zoning out when someone talks to you is still with you I think.".

"what you want sir."

what the hell... Sir..? Seriously... Am here dying to hear her call me Shane and she is saying, sir... She definitely knows how to piss me

"oops.. Am sorry..

I forget to introduce you to my self. My bad. Am Dr Shelly, appointed as a new physician. I didn't know about u, sir. Or else I wouldn't have been here in the first place. You know how much I hate to work with self-obsessed obnoxious people who don't care about others feeling. I think you are here to fire some other innocent soul who went against your dictatorship. Afterall you are full of yourself. Always know when and where to play with others feelings. "

She definitely has to learn her lessons. Am the king. Her mate. She has to show me respect. How dare she insult me in front of them.

"haha. " I heard a gasp and saw Sr. Mary gasping at her. Kane and Ryan were also there. They too were staring at her as if they have seen a ghost. Its the first time they are seeing someone insult me and is alive. If it was someone else, then they will be 6 feet under the soil.

Shelly seems very much happy about the little stunt she pulled.

Am started losing my control. My wolf can come out anytime soon and won't hesitate a bit to claim her. I have to control. It's not the right time to lose my temper.

"Out... Everyone output." I shouted aloud. Shelly tried to move out of the old. I grabbed her wrist and turned her around.

Heaven. Peace. Am feeling it now.  Her smell is driving me crazy.

"leave me, Shane.. Leave me... Shane leave."

She was mumbling something. I don't want to leave her. I want to rip off every barrier that is preventing me from touching her. I so badly want her. She has become a drug that I am addicted to. Now once again I tasted it, don't want that sweet addiction to leave me.

"Shhh... Kitten. Silent baby... Let me calm down the first baby. U don't know how much I missed u... How much I wanted this."

I whispered to her ear. She may be confused about the tingling sensation she is getting. It's our bond babyy... Soon you will learn everything.  Slowly she started leaning against me. I still affect her.

But suddenly she pushed me hard. What the...

I know she is planning something. I won't let her leave me at any cost.

"you are not leaving this place without my permission."

"Who the hell is he to over me. "

"Am your boss kitten. And stop thinking aloud."

She gave me a challenging look.

" Run as much as you want a kitten. But in the end, you will only run into me. See where you are now. If you want to run, run. I won't stop you. Because I love to chase and catch what is mine."

I blew a kiss at her and left.

I know she will plan to escape. I have to do something. But let's wait and watch, how far my kitten can go...
