Chapter Forty Four That Same Week
Grace Brennan asks about my night while he drives. I fill him in and tell him that my brother has some serious pda problems when I’m around which makes him laugh. We stop and get something to eat before going to my place. He tells me his parents are happy about us being together and that he can’t wait to see what the future holds which makes my heart swell. I’m in love with him. He tells me about work and about his parents plans for the summer. Apparently they do this big trip every summer and this year they’re going on a cruise through the burmuda triangle. I tell him that sounds awesome doing something with the person you live every year. He smiles at me and promises we’ll do that too some day. My stomach clenches when he talks about our future. There is so much unknown right now. And
