Grace The drive seems longer this time. Darker. I’m not sure what we’re gonna find. There’s a vibe in the car. We’re all scared. Sydney meant something to us. She wasn’t like us. She was pure. This will destroy her father. I blink back my tears and look out the window. I can’t look at my brother because his heart is in his eyes. Brennan looks like he’s going to burst because how angry he is. This is not going to end well. Whatever happens it’s going to take us down and I think this time we might let it. Finally we pull into the field. The house looks eerie from here. It’s dark and unsettling. We get out of the car and walk up the driveway.
