The next few days went in blur. I was ignoring Xavier, and he was ignoring me, and I didn't mind. Charlotte and Nicholas stopped by some time, but I wasn't in the mood to talk to them. I know they did nothing wrong to me, but I can't shake the notion that they were friends with Xavier.
