Week-4 Change of POV for Block-Graduations and Business

So we are going to rewind. It's Mara, let me give you my point of Tia's life. Tia has been my best friend since basically birth. We are both bright girls, just being honest, Tia is a better person then I am. It is ridiculous that her family thinks she should marry to fulfill her grandfather's promise. At least we got to get away to go to college in Illinois at Northwestern University, away from both of our overbearing families. We both went as that is the only way our parents would let us go off to college. Now I got a tech job in Sacramento, which is an hour from our home. I was so excited that Tia got a really good job in Austin Texas but her family is set on making her marry some guy. Now the tea is my girl is in love with Kyle Stone, and we have no clue who this protect daddy's money guy is but I guess we'll just have to see who this guy is.  

  So we graduated, we were in New York and her parents were all over her calling, texting and video chatting to find out what we were doing and trying to track us. Anyway, while we were out this man literally ran into Tia and I'm going to admit he was hot, but my girl Tia was upset that he bumped her on the street. After she got loud as he kept walking after bumping into her, he had no choice but to acknowledge her presence. Boy was he mad, how dare she make him acknowledge her presence and his mistake as he is god's gift to the world. Well she took him down a few pegs. and he was madder. Two spoiled, angry, rich kids getting angry at each other, not seeing their own part is hilarious from the outside. Come to think of it that maybe why Tia laughs at me so much. Any who now they are standing on the street in each other's faces saying how the other don't have manners then he steps in it and says "Well princess I guess someone is going to come handle me because you can't be bothered to be human and handle your own problems" but he was stepping in her space. EVERYONE knows Tia does not share her personal space, even with her family and he invaded it. So feeling cornered and claustrophobic she pushed him back and he grabbed her which made her fight more and that is when his friend and I had to step in and pull them apart because neither was giving up.There was almost a police encounter until Robert, Tia's dad friend for years, called Tia's name and it made her back up and say. " Since you think I need someone to handle my business, I'll invite you to the ring for a one round fight. To say he was shocked was an understatement, but he couldn't pass up a challenge. Only he didn't know that Tia is a first class boxer, when she said she wanted to try boxing her mother got Evander Holyfield to teach her. I first thought that there is no way he would actually take the challenge,  I thought he wouldn't take her serious, but he did. He called me, because she gave him my number, to set up a date, time and location to fight. In return I promptly bit his head off. I let loose, why  would a giant fight a midget. He said because if the midget ask for it, I am only obliging, so you can tell me when, where and what time that's all i need. 

"Dude you can't fight a girl you know?" Mylin said

"She challenged me. I'm sure she won't show up, so I'm not worried, princess will send her guard to fight me probably. Mylin don't worry, she probably won't show up. " Kyle said

"Humor me for a moment, what is she do show up? What then? Are you going to fight her? The last thing we need now with mom and dad breathing down your neck is to give them something to try to force you into this marriage, Kyle for the love of everything in the world please let this go. I'm already trying to figure out how to get out of this marriage thing, don't give me more to worry about."Mylin pleaded with Kyle.

"It will be fine. I'm sure. I will not fight her, I promise." Kyle said.

So Kyle is really into this girl. I've never seen him so intent on seeing a woman. Girls always throw themselves at us because we are rich. This girl intrigues Kyle because she challenges him, which he has never had, and she's not falling all over herself for his attention. She's got my vote, but we still have the family thing to figure out. He has totally forgot about it but I have not. I don't want my little brother trapped with some princess airhead who he has no interest in. I have been trying to find out who this other family is but so far I haven't been able to find anything. It looks like it was a personal deal between individuals with nothing in writing. I'm running out of ways to try and c***k the identity of this other family. Since I don't know and can't find the other party I don't have anything to tell Kyle. I feel like there is something I should do to help him but right now I'm not of any help. I thought I could be of help and looks like I can't help him. If I can't find a solution, then my brother is stuck with princess in five weeks. I've tried talking to my parents, but they are not giving up the details of who this family is. It all seem so hopeless that I will be able to get my little brother out of this mess. I have no problem  paying princess to leave my brother alone. Especially since he has already found love. The earlier conversation confirms it for me. It's not what he said but how he looked, he looked dejected when he said she wouldn't show up. I have a whole other thing now, how to get this girl and him together, and get rid of the princess.

Time Skip

"Nice place" Mylin said to Kyle.

" I hope she is here. I want to see  her man." Kyle said.

"Why?"

"So I can figure out if I like her or if she is just a challenge. I need to know. I can't stop thinking about her period, she is my every waking thought. I can't concentrate on anything but her flaming brown eyes is always distracting me. I need to see her again." Kyle said

"Well your wait is over because she is here." Kyle followed Mylins eyes and blinked rapidly followed by a head shake.

"Dude tell me she is not in the ring, warming up"Kyle said

"Sorry, can't tell you that, but I do suggest you go suit up while I go talk to her." Mylin said.

"Excuse me, Can I talk to you for a second. I promise not to take up too much of your time?" Mylin said

"What's up brother of guy I'm about to beat up? Tia  said

"I just want to ask you not to hurt my brother, We have some standing obligations that he needs to look his best for, so please don't mess up his face?" Mylin asked.

"Since you are nice unlike him, for you I won't mess up pretty boy face, but the ribs are mine to practice on. Hope you don't have anything pressing in the next two weeks. He'll need that time to recover." Tia said sweetly as she gave him a saccharine smile and turned back. "Just so you know, I won't hurt him, but he will learn not every girl wants or likes to be called princess."

"Thanks...Sorry Kyle didn't tell me your name"

"Tia and now I know his name is Kyle. My best friend Mara is sitting right there you can sit beside her and have a front row seat to check on your brother." Tia informed him.

Mylin went to where he was directed. "Is this seat available?" he asked.

"I'm saving........" they both froze looking at each other. 

"Sorry, I'm saving this seat for the opponents brother." Mara said

"Mylin, I'm Kyle, the opponent, brother." He smiled at her.

"Please have a seat. I don't mean to be forward and get all in his business but is he single?" she asked.

"Yes, for right now anyway, why?"

"She really likes him and I just want to know if there is a chance that they can go out on one date. It's rare that she likes anybody and I'd really like to set them up on a date." 

"Ohh. Thank God. He is smitten with her too. What can I do to help ensure they go on a date." He said

While they are planning, Kyle is now in the ring. 

"Hmm seems like you are a woman of your word. Do you really think you can take me? Kyle taunted Tia as he entered the ring.

"If I were you, I would being wondering why some five foot nothing asked you to box when they didn't know you. Let me guess you see me and think oh she won't fight she will send someone to fight for her or I wouldn't show up. You were wrong and your body is going to be reminding you for about two weeks, If i go light on you." She smiled sarcastically

"I like that you showed up, but I'm not going to fight you. I will hold you but I won't hit you. Just so you know."He stated.

"Why show up to a fight if you won't fight. I can take a punch. My sparring partner is bigger than you, by four inches and give or take thirty pounds. I manage pretty well with him. If it will make you feel better then I will go light on you." She said to him.

"Look I don't want to fight you, but I would like to take you on a date. Can we do that instead?" He asked

She punched him in the stomach. Now that he was eye level with her, he saw she was not playing about fighting, now he had to figure out how to get out of it. Uppercut to the chin. He was mad now. 

He stood up and grabbed her in a bear hug. 

"You give now?"

"Of course not. You're just a Goliath. The bigger you are, the harder you fall." She shimmied down and kicked him in the leg. 

This was the turning point when he was ready to fight her.

The sparring started with them circling each other. Kyle was not happy. Tia was beating him. He was going to pin her and it would be over. 

She had an opening and TKO'd him.

Only she now had the Stone men admiration.
