PEARL’S POV A man, no older than me, is holding the door open. He nods and greets me with a smile before tucking his cellphone into his back pocket. “Good day, ma’am,” he says before giving me a once over.  I nod back and walk forward. As soon as he stops throwing a few stares my way, I tuck the envelope I received back in my pocket and walked to the customer service desk across the oversized room. “Hello. My name is Tara.
