‘Seriously?’ Lana thinks stepping through the portal and finding Matt sleeping against the wall.
‘Mr. Capable can stay right here while I go be Mrs. Capable,’ Lana says, rolling her eyes.
First, she tried to move the Robot Manny charging pod, but it was too heavy for her, ‘how did they move it before? Do Uzarians have super strength?’
Lana stands at the door and listens for a short while, silence. She gently opens the door and listens again, feeling her heart pounding loud in her chest.
‘Crap, I forgot to pick up the portal sphere,’ she thinks, going back into the room and putting her hand through the portal, picking the portal sphere. ‘Focus Lana,’ she tells herself.
