Not waiting any minute after the call Crystal takes a cab to the address that Lorraine sent. She found her friend on top of the staircase just in front of their gate, sitting while as she sobbed in her palms waiting in vain.
Seeing her made the woman’s eyes lit in joy, almost jumping out of there to run and greet her “Crys, oh Crys, it was awful!” she sobbed, grabbing onto her in a tight hug.
