A Suitor

"My uncle," Johan replied and a tear from his eyes flow into his face. "I was just 7 years old that time, Colin was just 11 and Chen was 24. Chen immediately took us from our Mansion and fled away, she saved us. Then, she investigated everything with herself. It is our ambitious Uncle who want to steal our wealth and become the leader of the Hullah Cult. Chen killed my uncle in front of the people and offered him into our Goddess," Johan said.

"What happened next?" I asked.

"Chen bought this Mansion for us. She leave us with a lot of maids and guards who didn't know our real identity. We are hiding here while she is clearing everything. Until one day, she came back here to personally train us. Then, she introduced us again in our village. I am 10 years old that time when she brought us back to the village," Johan narrated.

"She is very strong and kind." I smiled. "I understood her now. She also have all the reason not to trust even me because of her past," I said.

"You are right. She is very cautious. Without her, maybe we are already dead a long time ago," Johan said.

"I hope to see the Hullah Village soon. Isn't it a beautiful village?" I asked.

"We are visiting their soon. The class opening is near and we are going back to Manila after having a visit in the village," Johan said.

"Really? I'm so excited," I happily replied. "I wonder if what grade I am already or am I still studying? How old am I?" I said to Johan.

"Don't worry about it. You will remember everything soon," Johan said and he stood up. "Let's go out now?" he asked while giving a hand on me.

I hold his hand and stood up.

"Thanks! Let's go?" I asked.

The day had passed and I'm on my room now. I'm so excited to show the siblings what I got. I wonder if I can defeat them or not. After a lot of thoughts, I finally fell asleep.

"Toook, toook, toook!" Someone knocked on the door and it awakened me.

"Who's there?" I asked while covering my face with a pillow. I'm still so sleepy and I don't want to move from be bed yet.

"It's Marga!" she replied.

"Marga who?" I asked again and she opened the door of my room. Then, I opened my eyes and see Marga smiling. She is walking toward me like a beauty Queen.

"Margarete Gonzales, 25 years of age, from the City of smiles, Bacolod," she said while walking toward me. Then, she sat in my bed and tickled my side.

"HAHAHA! What the, stop it. Please, stop." I pleaded while laughing so hard.

"And I believe that you have to wake up because the siblings are already waiting for you in the dining room," Marga said while still tickling me.

"Ok, Ok! Enough, I will go out now," I said while stopping her hands from tickling me.

"Good, My Lady. Have a great day ahead," Marga said and smiled to me before she went out.

"Oh my gosh! I wake up so late, the siblings are already waiting for me," I said in my mind while hurriedly do my morning routine.

After I finished everything, I immediately went out of my room. To my surprise, I found a lot of red rose petals outside my door. The petals are going to the dining room and so, I followed it. When I reached the dining room, it's completely different. There's a circle table and it only have two chairs. There's food in there and it looks so delicious. The arrangements are simple but it's so beautiful.

"Do you like it?" someone asked from my back. When I looked back, I saw a guy. I can't recognize wether he is Johan or Jonas but all I can say is, he is so handsome. I didn't realized that I already looked at him from toe to head. I was mesmerized and didn't realized that I've been staring his face for a long time.

"Mi Amor? Are you alright?" Johan asked me. Ofcourse, only Johan called me in that name.

"Oh! I'm sorry. Yeah, I'm just fine," I immediately replied.

"Come, have a seat," Johan said while pulling a chair for me.

"Uhm! Thanks!" I replied. I am not used to something like this special treatment. Honestly, I feel a little bit awkward.

"Ahhm, let's eat?" Johan asked.

"Jo, Johan, why are you doing this?" I asked.

"Mi amor, I love you," Johan seriously replied.

"You love me?" I asked.

"Yeah, I like you so much. I just want to express my feelings for you. Can I be your suitor?" Johan asked and I'm a little bit shocked to hear it.

"A suitor?" I asked in a high voice because of shock.

"Please don't be angry. Don't worry, I won't force you to love me back. I just want to show how important you are to me. I just want to take care of you, protect you, make you happy and love you. I'm not asking you to do and feel the same for me. Just please, let me do this things," Johan said.

"Hahahaha!" I laughed. "Come on, Johan. If it's a prank, this is very great," I said and smiled to him.

"I'm serious," Johan replied. "I really like you, Mi Amor," he added.

"But Johan, I don't even knew who I am. I'm not ready to be in a relationship yet," I said.

"I knew! I understand you but can you please give me atleast a little chance? Just let me become your suitor for now, I won't force you to become my lover. I can wait no matter how long, Mi Amor," Johan seriously said.

"Ahhm! Uh, alright!" I replied.

"Really? You're letting me become your suitor?" Johan happily asked and I just nodded.

"Thank you for giving me a chance to show my love for you. You know what? Since the first time I saw you, I already feel that I like you," Johan said. "I will do everything just to make you happy and prove my love for you," he added and he hold my hand.

"Uhm, I don't know what to say nor feel," I said and give a fake smile to Johan. "Let's just eat now." I took my hand away from him.

"Oh, it's alright. I understood," Johan replied. "Let's just eat!" He added.

Then, we both eat. Johan told me a lot of sweet words and I feel a little awkward sometimes. Maybe, it is because I'm not yet ready to have a relationship with anyone.

Yeah, Johan is handsome, he is very rich and very kind. He is a kind of guy which most of the girls dreamed to be their man. I like him but it doesn't mean that I will already accept him as my boyfriend. Like is different from love and I don't have time for it yet.

"So, what hour is our fight?" I asked.
